Entrevista
The whole interview process went really well. They responded in time. However, the HR missed the very important information on my application form that I need sponsorship from the company. They offered me the position but rescinded the offer after I reminded them that I need sponsorship. I liked the company but the HR was really unprofessional.

Entrevista
The phone screen was 30 min long, with 10 min allocated to research discussion, where you have to describe your projects and difficulties encountered. Another 10 min on basic behavior questions. The final 10 min you were allowed to ask questions and they will also provide more information regarding the position, such as training period and the career path.
