I have extensive experience working on and fixing my own cars which she was willing to speak to management about so I might start at a higher pay rate.

Company seems to want cheapest labor possible over skills. Interviewed with 3 managers and all said they're losing people to competitors. Company does not seem to have clear direction where they are headed in the future.
