Also look here at glassdoor the number of people interviewed and declined, do you think they have missed good people amongst them - probably. One of my interviewers admitted to me that they would not be employed today, yet was still working there for a substantial amount of time. What does that tell you? Be prepared to have them tie you up in knots in terms of anything you say. They only smile when they have caught you out it would seem. I was asked only one technical question, the rest were around culture. They also had conflicting ideas amongst the recruiting team as to what the role was and seemed to have contradictory goals in terms of what corporate wanted and the division wanted. I did not feel that anyone that interviewed me had a clue as to what the role was and how my experience related to it as none of them worked in same field! I am highly critical of their approach to recruitment. The approach is based on so called principles of truth. Well, yes if you believe in this as a cultural asset then use it but not to the limit it is here. It seemed to me that this organization procrastinates too much and therefore will not get things done. Look, I have made a statement, here are the facts, the logic and ROI why do we need to talk about it anymore???? You can drill and drill and find no oil or you can hit the right spot (right individual) and hit oil immediately.
