Day was rather disorganized, with several of the interviewers being late and very little information provided during the process. Interviews are like you have heard - very direct and confrontational, but really just prolonged discussions with the interviewers asking many prodding follow-up questions.

First round with HR. Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.
