Entrevista
There were five of us interviewing at once, plus two interviewers. We each came in with a topic of debate prepared, and then went around debating everyone's question in succession. The interviewers didn't really participate in the debate, they were more moderators. The idea is for Bridgewater to be able to see your style of thinking.

Interesting interview, round table discussion with high caliber talent. I had a series of 2 interviews, and then a interview with a group. The topic of conversation was unexpected but it was great to hear everyones perspectives and witness first hand the radical transparency appraoch.
