It was a four people group interview that discuss several philosophical questions. The interviewer would intervene and redirect the conversation (quite often), which may or may not disrupt your thinking process.

I only made it to the first round but essentially the first round was a group of 5-10 students discussing some relevant philosophical question. The interview is supposed to simulate what summer analysts do every morning which is discuss some kind of relevant current event
