Entrevista
I used a 3rd party recruiter. They have you take the Myers-Briggs (MBTI®) personality test before they invite you for an interview. If you make the cut, they have you in for the first round, which is for behavioral/cultural fit. Total of two rounds. I made it to the final round, but no offer.
