Did a technical interview hooking up a .net api to react front end, smashed it, everyone seemed really happy with the result. Got called back for a second interview straight away and squeezed me in on Christmas eve. Seconds stage was more hypothetically based but seemed to go well, Was told they'd be sending me an offer the following week and will be getting back in touch to the recruiter. New years comes along and my recruiter informs me their HR lady has ghosted them or kept putting off meetings and eventually ceased all contact. Giant waste of my time, but doesn't seem like I'm the first candidate they've done it to.
