Received an email from the interested professor, and we had a brief discussion regarding my schedule and what the expectations would be. There was some discussion over what the professor's expectations would be for me as a TA, and how he wanted the class to run. We also discussed how we would collaborate to best help the students.

Interview was straightforward and supportive. Panel asked practical classroom questions and valued clear communication. Process felt fair, organized, and timely, giving a positive impression of the school’s culture and expectations.

Entrevista
I approached a professor that I had taken multiple courses and received A/A+ from. I asked them if I could be their TA for one of the courses I had already completed. They spoke with me about the expectations, pay, and responsibilities and asked if I still thought it was a good fit for me. After confirming my interest they sent the appropriate paperwork to HR, and I was hired on. The entire process took about one week.
