Very easy, not really an interview...if you show up you're basically hired on the spot. They just make sure you are willing to complete the hazcom training and wear long pants and closed toed shoes.

The interview was short and to the point. The supervisor was very friendly and took a minute to get to know me better. She is very interpersonal and comes to understand a bit about those she interviews. The supervisor then looked over my resume and explained the requirements of the job, the mandatory hours, how vacations and finals are handled, etc. I was then asked if I agreed to those obligations and terms and when I confirmed I did I was hired that day. I was able to begin working within a couple days.
