I applied online, and the Dean was quick to respond (within a day after the job closed). I then had a 15 min zoom meeting with the Dean about a week later. The next week after that they scheduled me 5 interviews (back to back in the same day) with the department chairs and associate deans for about 30 min each (had to take some PTO from my current job--but worth it!). I then had one final interview with the Dean for about an hour. A total of 7 interviews in all, over about 3 weeks.
