I interviewed with the Founder/CEO. Phone screen was standard in structure and questions. At the end of the call he told me that they had another couple screens to do and that they would, "be in contact next week". I didn't hear anything back over the next couple weeks even after two follow-up emails. Finally, about two months after the phone call I received an automated email letting me know I was not selected. Overall, it seemed like a great company, however, there was a massive lack in communication. "Next week" turning into two months definitely sent up some red flags about the company.
