Bright Cellars did a great job of creating an interview process that was both efficient and informative. Throughout the course of the process, I met with leaders at multiple levels and was encouraged to ask any and all questions I had. Unlike other interviews where the company paints a 100% optimistic (and often misleading) picture, BC was extremely transparent about their needs, values, and opportunities for improvement. All-in-all, the process was effective, efficient, and positive for all parties involved.
