Inteview in 3 steps: 1) Very basic task - brackets match & code refactoring with HR 2) Bit more complex: string manipulation routine & promise-like implementation with crew member 3) More complex - implement various asynchronous API using callbacks ( recursive calls, parellel execution, thread chunks etc) with senior member Further actions: 3 sessions with senior crew member: you must show some knowledge in linux, bash (find, grep commands), notorious vim and coding conventions. Read company DNA and get familiar with code style. Take it all very seriously Interview and sessions are done olnline with skype. Code is written in google docs
