The process took 2 weeks, but I applied online 3 weeks before. They sent me an email to schedule a phone screening, they invited me to their office by the end of the call. I met with the manager of the digital marketing team in a really nice and bright office, people were really nice and polite. The manager was really professional and I felt we inmediately understand each other, I was really excited about working with someone like her because she was so professional, polite and definitely the kind of fresh and open people I'm looking to work with, this interview took around 45 minutes. That evening I received another mail inviting me for a second interview with some team members and the director of the digital marketing team. Fist I had an 1:1 interview with the Director, he was really nice and professional, even though I don't know if he wasn't informed or simply ignored that some of the question he was asking weren't really allowed, he kept talking about my country of origin and legal status including visas and asking me things about returning to my country, even I'm naturalized, except from that he was really polite. Then I had and interview with the rest of the team, 2 young and really nice girls who definitely match the bright horizons culture.
