During the beginnings of the interviewing process I went through the normal initial phone interview, in person interview, second interview. I was offered the position with a breakdown of the benefits and pay by the hiring manager. There was a discussion about scheduling and was told that I would hear back in a day or so. I didn't hear back from anyone only unanswered text messages, emails and phone calls. When I finally reached a superior manager was told there was a problem with scheduling I tried to clarify the scheduling to be told yet again that someone would get back to me in a week after a quick discussion with the hiring manager. I waited a week to be told that the previous offer was revoked and given to someone else. I was never told that they had changed their minds or that needs for the position were changed until the final discussion. I received genetic emails stating evaluating the needs but no direct question of my capabilities or availability for the position. Not a great experience with this company.
