Interview process was very quick and to the point. Answered situational questions, past experiences, etc. There was also a follow up classroom interview where you were placed in a classroom and interacted with the children and teachers.

Standard questions about experience and childcare philosophy. One interview with director and assistant director, questions in office and then a 30 minute working interview took place in the classroom. It was about a week before the offer was made.

Fairly simple, they have a list of questions that must be answered as it’s a corporate childcare setting. Basic preschool teacher questions. Things like how to handle biting, classroom management, customer service, etc.
