Applied online. Received email to schedule video interview. No phone screen was conducted for the Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) role which was a bit odd. I completed 3 video interviews. Like others have mentioned, this is a lengthy process and very time consuming since they require video for every step which I’m very skeptical of because implicit bias IS A THING and plays a negative role in weeding out candidates. My 3rd interview was postponed the day of and I had to reschedule. After the 3rd video interview, I received a generic/canned rejection email from the hiring manager. Mind you, I have maybe 3-4 emails from said hiring manager urging me to schedule my video interviews. So, as it seems, during the process there was no issue to call or send multiple emails but when I was no longer a worthy candidate, a canned response was all I was worthy to receive. Salary is also lower than the typical salary ranges in the area so keep that in mind if you’re pursuing a role with BH.
