At first, everything seemed to be great. I got an email from HR to schedule a quick chat with them, and so I did. it went well and received word that I am moving to the next step to interview a senior member on that team. (I won't disclose names). The interview went really well in my opinion and I received an email from HR again letting me know that there is interest from another hiring manager so I was really happy. we scheduled the interview for Monday - then it got delayed to Tuesday which was fine. Now comes the trouble. the HR rep cancels the interview three hours prior to the time, I send an email asking if everything is ok and what I can do to reschedule the interview. they dont respond, I send another email, and another email. I call. nothing. It really is disrespectful to my time and my hopes to not even let me know if they decided to go with someone else (which is totally fine) but they shouldn't ghost people like that.
