The interview process involved an in-person discussion of qualifications, review of why you would like to work for them, and an assessment of skills/ education. You are then provided with a walk through of the location and given the chance to spend time in the classrooms. Upon completion, an answer can be expected within the same day up to a week from interview.

Standard questions about experience and childcare philosophy. One interview with director and assistant director, questions in office and then a 30 minute working interview took place in the classroom. It was about a week before the offer was made.

Fairly simple, they have a list of questions that must be answered as it’s a corporate childcare setting. Basic preschool teacher questions. Things like how to handle biting, classroom management, customer service, etc.
