I applied online at Bright Horizons Family Solutions. Within a couple of days I received an email from a recruiter to set up a phone screening, which took place early the following week. The phone screening lasted about 15-20 minutes. I was asked about my previous work experience and given details about the position I applied for. At the end of the phone screening, she scheduled me for a face-to-face interview at the center two days later. My initial face-to-face interview took place with the Assistant Director, and consisted of various open-ended questions regarding my experiences working with children and other colleagues. She also asked me questions regarding the ways I would handle hypothetical scenarios among children, parents, and colleagues. The center was very warm, welcoming, and clean. I felt very comfortable throughout this interview. I was then given a tour of the facility and more details about the position I was interested in. We then scheduled a follow-up working interview for the following week. During the working interview, I had the chance to spend time in a couple of the classrooms interacting with the children and teachers. This was a wonderful experience which I enjoyed. The Director told me I should receive a call within a couple of days with a decision. The following day I received an offer for the position. The only reason I did not accept is because the pay was not in the range I was looking for, and there was not enough room for negotiation. However, I believe this would be a wonderful company to work for. Everyone I interacted with throughout the process seemed very kind and genuinely passionate about working for this company and in making sure the children in their care were given the best attention and learning experiences possible. Wonderful experience overall, highly recommend if the pay works for you. I would definitely consider applying for an administrative position if one were to become available in my area.

With the center director, she was very nice and kind; there was only one round of interview for me. Mainly ask about your experience with children. Received the offer the next day
