They spoke with me over the phone to arrange an interview, when I went in they asked 5/6 questions about me and what I would do in certain situations during a tutor class, then watched in while i tutored some ks2 children

Maths test to complete and questions. Both test and questions were in person. Also had a trial shift. Standard interview questions about experience etc. Trial shift got to meet students

Situational questions were asked regarding safeguarding and motivation. Overall easy process, things that people should be confident in knowing whilst working with children. Due to Covid it was a phone call/zoom meeting, centres are still open because they are providing an education.
