Received an email from a recruiter asking for availability for an interview. Responded within 24 hours. NEVER heard back from the Recruiter, despite several emails following up. Valley is small and people talk - if you treat people like this you will ultimately lose the battle for talent. At the very least, let the person YOU reached out to that the position was filled or went in another direction or ?????? Anything is better than silence.
