Entrevista
I had a couple phone interviews, then was asked to complete a sample campaign analysis project. After this was reviewed by the team members, I was invited for an interview. Since I was applying for the job from California, my final interview was conducted via Skype.

Not really a question, but the sample campaign analysis was pretty time-consuming and I had to discuss my choices fairly in-depth during the final interview.

Was selected to interview at a college career fair. Interviewed with a woman that was obviously not adept at interviewing -- not from HR. About a week later was emailed a "project" to complete that asked me to create a presentation of ideas that I thought would mesh well with the company and the sorts of projects they had done in the past. Weeks and weeks went by after I submitted the project and heard very little. My contact person continued to be the woman that interviewed me at the career fair. Finally she contacted me and asked me to come into their office in the city for an in person interview. Drove five hours there, interviewed with three different people (the woman again, and two others). We went over my presentation, and that was pretty much it. I asked about a timeline and they said there was none. They were very ill prepared and seemed almost put off that they had to spend time talking with me. While this was going on there were people in the next conference room (read: other half of the room that was separated by dividers) talking pop culture and their previous night before. The whole time. Raucously loud. It was an incredibly young atmosphere and I think the "power" that some people had really went to their heads. I was also told that the hours are borderline abusive for very little pay. It was another month after my interview that I was told I would not be receiving an offer. All in all, I'm happy with the way it turned out. Not the environment for me.
