The interview process was virtual and required writing samples. It was fairly straightforward. The interviewer was polite and already had an understanding of my resume. The hourly rate for writers, however, is extremely low at $18-20/hr, and there is no health insurance offered.

The interview process was comprehensive, communicative, and positive. There were editing and writing samples to evaluate my skills. Once that was deemed successful, I moved onto a zoom interview. Employees were always kind and responsive to questions.

Entrevista
Several phone Interviews were had beginning with the recruiter and then by the owner. The final interview was held with a 6 person panel with skillsets ranging in departmental management, application development, Infrastructure management and project management.
