Entrevista
Interviewed with the Operations Manager and then the Owner. Seemed that the OM had no idea what he was doing and actually quit before I was able to get an offer. The owner of the company called me back and made the offer in person. He was a great guy and a great boss.
First interview was in person, 2nd was on the phone. Relatively what you would expect in an interview. Should know history of company and know CRM systems. Also should know how to deal with losing the sale.

Entrevista
I was thrilled and excited to interview with this company. Employees where very kind, atmosphere was casual and warm. Focus was on compassionate service to clients. This is a fast growing business with positive growing pains.

The overall theme of the questions were focused around service to others. I was asked how my past employment experiences generated revenue, and business development. I was asked to cite multiple examples of each.
work culture is relaxed yet warm. I met many employees and all truly had a servant's heart. I was asked how I would fit in to the business culture, and give examples.
