Multiple phone calls (this is as far as I got). A few of my other colleagues got to a personality test and were tested on their knowledge of the industry.

Easy 3 step interview process going through various stages w hiring manager, senior management and hr person. Did mock cold calls and was asked personality questions also was asked about previous sales expierence.

Entrevista
Did not get passed the interview since they are looking for 3.4 gpa. She sounded like she was screening hard for GPA. Was excited to work there unfortunate that I did not have the requirement.

She explained the job it sounded easy they said for 15 months you try and get appointments for AE for them to sell SEO and if you do well you become AE. They were looking for 3.4 GPA if I had that it did seem like the upcoming horizon was not that difficult.

Entrevista
In depth interviews about resume and experience. Mock role play and then another interview. Then an interview person office visit with 3 more interviews. Quite in depth but it felt like they really got to know who I was. I also had a recruiter who was really involved throughout the process so it made it easier to know what to expect.
