Entrevista
Have two phone interviews and 3-4 in person interviews at the office. Questions were mostly based on what work you've done in your resume, and the people were pleasant enough. There was also a sort of a case study where they test your problem solving skills. Overall it wasn't too bad of an interview process, but the company culture didn't seem very open and I could definitely believe the real reviews written on glass door.

"What sets you apart from other applicants"
There really weren't too many hard questions.

Entrevista
I met a BrightEdge representative at a school career fair. Their recruiters contacted me for a phone interview and then had me prepare a 20 minute online presentation on a given technology, for a second phone interview. I was asked to come in for an in person interview and to prepare another presentation, but I was interviewing elsewhere and declined. They have an extreme start up mentality, so they expect everyone to be energetic and willing to put in a lot of hours. They ask upfront if you are willing to work 70 hours a week, and I had to interview outside of normal business hours.
