DO NOT GO
1st the location is SCETCH you pull into a tiny parking lot at the back of the building and you have to walk through a rickety wood gate down a wooden staircase that leads you into the woods to the BASEMENT which, as a woman, if I hadn't have spoken to the receptionist right before I wouldn't have walked down because it looks straight out of a horror movie!
I walked through and the front desk ladies were nice but you are in a literal basement it smells of mildew and mold and is just what you would expect a business in a basement looking like. I felt a pressure in my stomach and chest just from feeling uneasy. It was while waiting for my interview which the interviewer and manager Bil was late for by 15 minutes; that I decided to leave without completing the interview. After I told my experience to my friend she prompted me to take to Glassdoor to tell my experience. It was then I realized I had doged a HUGE bullet. Not only does this company have TERRIBLE reviews due to scammy behavioral horrible customer service but also apparently they treat their employees terribly as well and they do not provide benefits.
DO NOT WORK HERE!

Had first interview and thought it went great. I got an email to schedule the second interview. I took off work for it, then the interview was cancelled with no follow-up, no email, no reason why. I called to double check if it was a mistake and they not only seemed annoyed that I called, but just said no, there was no interview.
Extremely unprofessional.

My first impressions of the building were...wow. This place needs some TLC. The entrance to the building is downstairs behind a privacy fence, and I really didn't feel safe walking there. The floors are terribly uneven and you can hear the upstairs neighbors flushing the toilets and talking. At first, I wasn't too concerned about the building since I assumed it was a newer start-up company...it's been 23 years in the making and you are still in the same raggedy office building? I feel bad for the employees.
Aside from the ambiance, the interviewer, Bil...was just strange. He kept a headphone in the entire time and asked me too many unprofessional and personal questions that made me feel uneasy. Not to mention, he cursed the whole time and talked mess about his current staff. In the end, he made it seem like I got the job. He told me to email a starting date to his HR Director, and so I did. The HR Director said she would get back with me and never did, it has been over a month now and I never received anything saying I didn't receive the job. If I didn't get it, that's fine but have the common decency to tell people the news when they have been asking...especially when there was a definite job offer during the interview.
All in all, I can sum this place up in three words: Unprofessional, Unorganized, and Unwelcoming.
