Third party recruiter reached out to me and setup a phone interview with their recruiter. He asked basic questions and seemed to be distracted. From there I had one more phone interview, with HR and a lead in Data Scientist, and one on-site. On-site was super easy, pretty much all behavior and asked one ‘Technical’. Data Science team is 90% male with I think 1 female past senior and it shows. I would be hesitant for any future under-represented applicants. Was offered the job on the way back to my house. Haggled and got a 5k bump.
