There were a total of 6 interviews with the recruiter, the hiring manager, team interviews, and a final interview/working session with the hiring manager. The final interview was a working session where we reviewed the PP I put together to showcase how I would present a case-study to a potential client. It was lengthy process that I spent hours preparing for. The hiring manager was not engaged during the interview process. The recruiter did reach out a week later to let me know I did not get the position and asked if I wanted feedback. I said yes, but then never heard from them again. It was disappointing that I spent so much time and it never felt like there was a genuine interest in me. I was a referral by a former employee and perhaps they were going through the motions. It would have been easier to not invite me back, but to have me go through so many interviews and spend hours putting together a deck was a let-down. They didn't really want me and to be honest, I knew it was not the right cultural fit for me.
