Entrevista
Initial interview followed by a "Mock Teach" in which you teach a ten minute presentation in front of other instructors. Once the mock teach was done, the specifics about the job assignment were discussed - What classes were open, and how much time was required for full time.

Applied online. Around 2-3 weeks later received a call to schedule an interview. Had an initial interview with the class coordinator then a "chalk talk." The "chalk talk" was in front of ~4 other instructors who graded my lesson on a sheet. Afterwards I was invited to shadow one of the classes.

Entrevista
I was called in for a traditional interview, it lasted about an hour. Then they asked for a second interview or "Chalk Talk" where you teach a topic (about 10 min) as if you would to a class full of students, but instead "teach" to other staff members.
