30 minute phone interview- phase one: took about a half an hour and was pretty easy. Mostly wanted to know about your previous roles and what you liked about them. Also interested in your goals with the company, and what made you apply in the first place?

During the time of my interview, it was a very fast process from phone call, to Zoom meeting, to hire. They actually did reach out to the references I listed. The process couldn't have taken more than a couple weeks.

Started off with a phone screening, then was invited for a zoom (online) interview where they ask you to take an assessment before. I submitted the assessment and then not even 30 minutes before the interview they canceled the zoom interview. Completely unprofessional in my mind, I have never had an experience like that before.
