There’s a phone interview that takes about 20 mins. An online quiz about customer support that take 45 mins and a zoom interview that takes about an hour. Follow that they asked for 3 references and a background check.

Entrevista

2) Initial Phone Interview
3) Quiz and Mock Customer Inquiry Test
4) Final HR Interview
5) Background Check and References
6) Accept
The process for me was expedited due to the short staff. All was completed in about 10 days.
Three part process consisting of phone screen, follow up phone interview, and longer Zoom interview. Not too hard at all, just be professional and make sure you have a good internet connection.
