Recruiter follow-ups well organized and scheduling is fairly flexible. Phone screening followed by one to two video interviews. Screening is about fifteen to twenty minutes and following interviews are about thirty minutes. Decided not to continue with the interview process.

Entrevista
During the time of my interview, it was a very fast process from phone call, to Zoom meeting, to hire. They actually did reach out to the references I listed. The process couldn't have taken more than a couple weeks.

Started off with a phone screening, then was invited for a zoom (online) interview where they ask you to take an assessment before. I submitted the assessment and then not even 30 minutes before the interview they canceled the zoom interview. Completely unprofessional in my mind, I have never had an experience like that before.

3 phone interviews, 1 zoom interview. make sure you know about the company because that’s all they look for. they expect you to know their pillars of business & you have to do a mock sales pitch which is rly awkward lol.
