The process was multiple rounds of interviews that were often times rushed and were dictated by the interviewers limited availability. Multiple times you're told they need to schedule the interview within ~2 days because they need to make a decision ASAP, but then you aren't updated for a few weeks. It was disappointing because their company culture was a huge draw, but by the end I felt like an afterthought as a candidate.

Recruiter and interviewers were polite, prompt, and hospitable. They all made me feel welcomed and wanted. The process was much quicker than I had experienced elsewhere and communication was superb!
