I found the HR department at BMS to be unprofessional throughout the process. I was never informed of the result of my interview (to this day) despite sending several messages to both HR and the Hiring Manager.

The process took 2 months. Clear process and good communication from HR. 3 steps: 1/ screening HR, 2/ hiring manager, 3/ panel. The panel focused more on technical questions rather than STAR/behavioral. After final round, got rejection email after 3 weeks.

6 person interview panel with situational based questions. This was a bit intimidating but the tone of the interview was light. There was a portion of skill based questions and then another portion of situation based questions. As this position has direct reports there were also many questions on management style.
