Applied on the company's website. Then had a Initial screening call with recruiter about experience and the company and role. If selected then would have two rounds of interview both technical and behavioral.

The interview process has been extremely time-consuming. First, I had the recruiter round, then waited almost two weeks for the hiring manager round. After that, there was another gap of around 20 days before the panel interview. It has now been over a month since the panel round, and I still haven’t received any clear update. The application status continues to show as “Under Consideration.”
