Applied online. Part of the application was to answer behavioural questions. After 2 weeks I was invited to a telephone interview. I was interviewed by a Recruiter and a Manager of Operational Research business area. They were friendly and positive. Few days following the interview I was informed about the negative outcome of the interview.
