The process took long. It took almost 5 to 6 months from the time of application submission. First submitted the application, then didnt hear back for almost 2 months. Just when I thought it's over, got a call for an online interview. After the interview, it took almost a month before I heard back.

Overall, followed the skills mentioned in the job description like change management, financial management, risk, project management, leadership. The interview concluded on time and updated about the next steps.

Tell us about a time when you managed an underperforming team member
Very structured interview with a three member panel. Preparation essential. Friendly atmosphere, enough time for answering and thinking about what is being asked. If unsure what is being asked, ask for clarifications, since some may be vague. Overall a good experience.
