The application was surprisingly in-depth considering how brief the job description was. The interview was accompanied by a test in which I was presented with a hypothetical scenario and has to draft a response (45minutes) which was challenging and enjoyable. However, they only had one test paper to use for all candidates..wouldve been nicer to have one without notes and wear. The interview itself was the most monotone and boring interview I've ever had! The questions were so generic and there was no 'back and forth'...they simple stated the question and wrote down my answer..then onto the next one. Also I had checked the glassdoor reviews before the interview...my heart wasnt in it..the organisation sounds awful but I went along for interview experience

Two days notice given for interview - assessment (45 minutes) plus interview with two rather apathetic members of staff who looked like they were just going through the motions and could barely stifle their yawns.
