Application was straightforward- just submitting a CV and cover letter- and interview was friendly with no difficult questions. They seemed to be mostly looking to hire someone who fitted into the small team and understood the goals of the organisation. The interview was conducted by three people and consisted of basic competency questions, some questions about their work and general discussion about my CV. I would say it was one of the easiest interviews I've had, however it was very much an entry level position. The feedback came quickly- within 2-3 days- and all correspondence was very efficient.
