The process was very quick. I submitted my application, then within the next few days I was invited for a quick phone call where they just asked me about my experience and why I wanted to work in HR. Then I was invited for an interview the following week for which they gave the questions beforehand. By the end of the week they called me to tell me if I got the job or not. I didn't get the offer but they gave good feedback.

Had a panel interview two weeks after being emailed, so I had ample time to prepare. Panel was very nice and welcoming. Did not get an offer but the hiring panel was very forthcoming and provided very thoughtful feedback when asked, and even offered to have a call to explain their process.
