Good experience. Standard assessment centre tasks including presentation, interview and a group task. One problem is that I had to travel there to take part in person, but they were flexible with the timing.

Process from application took around 6 weeks. Reached final stage, follow up e-mails were ignored then around a week and a half after the interview I recieved an automatic e-mail informing me I wasn't successful. I e-mailed asking for feedback following the decision, and again, the e-mail was ignored.
