I applied online through Indeed and within a day they got back to me and offered a video interview, after they invited me to do a swim interview at one if they’re locations. I’m still waiting on a response and hoping they hire me 🤞.

They asked if I was good with kids and if I had past swim experience/knowledge (all 4 strokes).

Entrevista
First had a phone interview was asked about any experience, if I knew all 4 strokes, and availability. Then had a swimming interview where I performed all the strokes. Received an email 3 weeks later from gusto to start my onboarding.
