I recently interviewed for a position at BUV, and unfortunately, the post-interview communication has been disappointing. At the end of the interview, I was assured that they would contact me with updates. However, it has been incredibly frustrating to experience complete silence from the organization since then. It is disheartening to invest time and effort for the interview, then put in three separate efforts to follow up over the course of a month, only to be left hanging without any communication or closure. I genuinely enjoyed the interview itself and was excited about the opportunity at BUV. And I understand that the organization has multiple candidates to consider and that the decision-making process can take time. However, the lack of basic courtesy is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on BUV as an employer. Hope they take this feedback constructively to improve their communication practices. Other candidates should be prepared for potential communication issues during the hiring process.
