Had an initial call with HR, this was quite casual and was mainly discussing my experience and the role and company. The next step was being invited for a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager, which they wanted to hold in 2 days time from the day of the call. Usually you would expect slightly more notice than this. On the day of the interview, I was not called at the time that was arranged and the time I was expecting because HR had messed up - it was lucky I was available to take the call at the later time. Since this phone interview, I have heard nothing back from the company despite the hiring manager telling me I would hear back "early next week" - it's nearly a month later. Yet another company making false promises. Very poor experience! At the very least you expect to be told the outcome following an interview.
