The interview process was easy and fast. I was called and then scheduled for an interview at the facility. I arrived, sat down with DOR with the regional manager on video call. They asked about my background and experience. Nothing out of the usual for an interview.

I was given a tour of the facility (both long term care and short-term), met staff (with the interviewer present), and met the other OT (with the interviewer present), and it was an in-person interview.

I spoke with recruiter for Broad River Rehab. Recruiter was easy to talk to and wanted to get to know me personally. We discussed previous experience (student fw and other jobs). We discussed open positions in the area.
