The TA Team at Broad River Retail appear to be clerks for the whims of the hiring manager rather than helping the organization follow a great selection process and attract the best talent. My interviews with Broad River Retail were rescheduled 3 times for a Manager position on the TA Team! The candidate experience is horrible as TA bounces from one whim to please a hiring manager to another. The organization does not support leaders.
