The first initial interview was with a BroadPath Recruiter. She was extremely nice and informative. Explained everything regarding the position. Explained that basically the only thing I would be doing is updating provider information in the NDB system. That interview was awesome and I was moved to a second interview with the project manager. I feel as if this was a complete waste of time. She went over my job history. Asked if I knew what I would be doing under the position I applied for and I explained yes. After going through my job history and me breaking down what it is I did she ended he interview explaining that they were looking for someone that had 3-5 years of experience with contractual work etc. That is not what is stated in the break down of the postion.
